“I did not get the King Size bed room I reserved and was put in a double bed room. I was told Expedia reservations come behind direct reservations even though I made my reservation a month in advance. A loud banging sound woke us up several nights in a row. The A/C spit damp air into the room and it was musty smelling. The tub drained slowly and the tub faucet was ready to fall off.
When we tried to use the laundry there was no change available at the hotel and was told to go to the local grocery...

“First of all, we were not aware that this property - all rooms are motel style- drive up & have an exterior access room. The locks and safety did not look seem very stable. We asked to look at the room & it was bad. if you walked by the window or first glance it did not look terrible but once you went in & had a closer look it was BAD! the desk chair had dirty crusted "stuff" all over the seat and back, the comforters had stains! the other sitting chair had fading, stains, food on it also. ...

“Had a medical emergency with one of the family members in the hospital stayed two nights wanted to get my third night back. They said I could not. I will never ever use. “There was a terrible smell in the room. Slept with the windows open and the vent running in the bathroom. We could not figure out where the odor was coming from the desk attendant came and smelled it too. He had nowhere else for us to stay so we had to keep the room as it was.
