“There is nothing not to like about this place. When we go to Temecula, that's where we always stay.”

“Breakfast was fair but could have been better with coffee and hot water weren’t available at the water dispenser to make teas. Was empty. Coffee taste like water not strong enough.”

The sink faucet was a little beat-up, but it functioned well enough to get us through. The underground parking is good and appears safe, but we weren't sure if anyone was watching it. Great location near old town and we plan to return one day.”

“Hotel is good. Could use a little updating. The room was spacious and very nice. The breakfast was average, nothing special but it came with the room. The wine tasting room seemed dark, It is on the lower level and not much natural light. It was a beautiful day when we went down there, after one glass, we wanted to leave and be outside. Overall, the hotel is ok, it was worth the $$. ”

“Everything is ok here - as you would expect for the type of accommodation - except for the staff. Horrible service. I booked 4 nights and my key card stopped working EVERY DAY! I had to keep going back to re-program it. And this is AFTER I told the lady at the front desk I was there for another three nights. “Room was clean and seemed either new or recently renovated- beds were very comfortable! Price was very reasonable - staff was friendly & helpful - but they definitely seemed understaffed - breakfast was OK - I would stay again”

“The resort has surveillance cameras installed outside guest room doors that emit a bright flash at night. There are also cameras positioned overlooking the jacuzzi, pool, and rest areas. This setup was unexpected and made the environment feel uncomfortable, which affected our overall sense of privacy during the stay.”

“Management were very friendly. Close to the wineries and Downtown Temecula. The pillows were horrible only 1/2 pillows they were short and uncomfortable. Mattress was uncomfortable as well.”
