“Staff were amazing. Very friendly, proactive and extremely responsive. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was well stocked and had all the basics. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The breakfast that was included was AMAZING, so good and tasty. The views from the balcony were so beautiful and relaxing, our room had a fireplace and a jet tub that we enjoyed very much. The grounds were nice, only issue was when we tried to lounge in the garden, it was always dirty with glasses that had been there for days, we finally cleaned it ourselves and brought the hotel towels to sit on because the cushions were damp and looked dirty.”

“Seems like a new property and it is well-maintained. The check in staff was super friendly. The room side facing the pool was quiet and we could not hear freeway noise at all. The sink faucet was a little beat-up, but it functioned well enough to get us through. The underground parking is good and appears safe, but we weren't sure if anyone was watching it. Great location near old town and we plan to return one day.”

“Breakfast was fair but could have been better with coffee and hot water weren’t available at the water dispenser to make teas. Was empty. Coffee taste like water not strong enough.”

“Stayed 2 nights for a wedding in Fallbrook. Spacious room and well maintained/cleaned. Multiple breakfast options including coffees. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure for the shower was perfect. Dove products for body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. Kitchen well stocked with cookware. Great stay for my family and I.”

“The room was clean, we even checked the mattress, and all linen, including towels. The toilet seat was wobbly but we forgot to report it. The hotel is quaint and staff is kind but did not give us a printout when we requested it at checkout, perhaps the older woman could not handle the request... AC cooled down the room and was surprisingly on the quieter side. The fridge was really cold so that was great. The TV had a basic Satellite service. All the plugs we used worked. The bathroom had 2 full...

“The property is very loud because it is near the freeway. Also homeless people were sleeping in cars in the parking lot during the night on two separate occasions I had banging on my door. it was not constant. It was like somebody walking by and randomly knocking.”
