“It’s ok but the breakfast was good ”

“Fairly new hotel in a convenient location, but it’s cheaply built and the walls are thin. You can hear every move made above and around you. That said, the location is convenient and it seemed clean and safe.”

“Though the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the price was low, there were several problems with the hotel. The door key did not work, so the front desk person had to walk to my room and open the door every time I entered. The continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee and waffle mix to make waffles. The outside of the hotel was dirty and old pieces of equipment cluttered the passageway. Not a place I will visit again.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The clean and comfortable rooms, along with the convenient location, made my experience truly enjoyable!”

“Pool wasn’t “ready” in 85 degree weather, staff very unknowledgeable, charge extra fees — $20 for a late check out: 1 hour, 11am-12pm — unheard of. Not a normal, updated Comfort Inn, 0/10 recommend. ”

“The hotel was in a convenient location, right off of I-95, and had ample, safe parking. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good on the day we stayed. It included cheese omelette, a variety of breads, muffins, cinnamon roll, cereals, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, biscuits & mushroom gravy. The coffee was excellent, they have a machine that grinds beans every time it brews a cup of coffee. My only issue is that breakfast was until 9:30a.m. and by 9:15 there was only one cheese...

“The hotel was great; staff was courteous. Maybe this was just a one off but our room didn’t have sheets available for the sofa bed so I had to come to the lobby to get them. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty (and since they are secured to the wall, could not even put some water on them and shake them) - not a big deal but hopefully a tiny detail they can improve on”

“Ottimo Hotel per una sosta a Florence per un viaggio tra Carolina del Nord e Carolina del sud. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite ottima la colazione con tanti prodotti freschi e anche cibo caldo.”

“Tipico Hotel Hyatt, confortevole, pulito e tenuto bene. Una perla in questa città che è un po' "spettrale", nei dintorni vi sono molti negozi ed attività chiuse, ma credo che sia un polo in ricrescita che cerca nuovi investitori. Ottima colazione, una delle migliori trovate nella vacanza, con frutta fresca. Anche se passa la ferrovia, l'interno della camera è abbastanza silenzioso. L'hotel offre gratuitamente un parcheggio chiuso con sbarra vicino alla polizia, un bene dato l'aspetto poco...

“Staff at front desk at check in seemed completely disinterested in helping . Parking was fine , room was lacking in simple amenities. ”

“I called ahead to request a pack and play for our small child in our suite for when we arrived since it was going to be late, they said no problem. We asked the front desk if the pack and play is in the room already, they said yes. We got in the room.. and the pack and play was not there. The TV didn’t work at all. When we told the front desk, he said he was aware and that’s been broken for a while (so why wouldn’t you tell us before checking us in??) and offered to move us to a diff room, but...
