“Loved staying here SO much! Everything was extremely well kept. It was so peaceful. Host was accommodating - letting us change our stay to a day later when our travel plans changed. Only thing worth noting is the 15min drive up the mountain on gravel through very rural area! Made us wonder if we were in the right place haha - but that rural setting is what makes it so lovely and peaceful. We definitely want to come back!”

“This place was perfectly suited for my family (ages 29 to 88)! The wraparound porch and views were our favorite part, but we also enjoyed the fire pit, the game room, and the big open feel of the living/dining room with lots of natural light. We were able to make our entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen! “Owners thought of every detail, even providing coffee, paper products (minus tissues), firewood and firestarter sticks. They came by and checked on us, were not intrusive at all. Very helpful, friendly and concerned that everything was ok, and suggested hiking trails nearby. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for a relaxing time, beautiful sunsets and stunning mountain views.”

“Everything was amazing. It was very cozy for the 3 of us. I loved the couches and the beds were very comfy. I sleep hot so the light blanket was nice but would recommend bringing extra blankets if you get cold at night.The shower in the big bathroom was a little confusing but we figured it out just pull the bath nozzle. Very nice location easy to get to and easy to find and get back on the interstate.”

“Beautiful cabin with unmatched views! After a long day exploring the New River Gorge, it was a great place to unwind and relax. The sunrises were gorgeous and the night skies were incredible. Not only for all the stars, but we were able to see Jupiter and Mercury without a telescope. We had the resort to ourselves the majority of our stay. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the mushroom trail too! Would definitely stay here again!”
