“Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!”

“Breakfast is served 6:00am to 10:00am but at 9:30 there wasn't much left so plan to go early for breakfast. Otherwise, everything was great!!”

“Basic hotel, poor conditions of room and its contets. Shower has no haging points, shower head does not work well, no vetilation, kitchen tools are old, A/C is right on the bed's level hence could not be used during the night in hot weather as it freeses the occupants and it is very noisy.”
