“The people of Roatan were so customer service focused but NOT the Blue Roatan. We booked an oceanview room for 19 days and due to renovations, the hotel changed us to a jungle condo up the hill but we would get a "private pool"(until a few days later when someone else moved in as well). WE MADE A BIG MISTAKE. LEARN FROM US AND NEVER BOOK ANYWHERE FOR ANY MORE THAN A WEEK.
