For example, cups and bowls put through the dishwasher to ensure they are cleaned well.(Some were not very clean and appeared to be just rinsed, not washed prooerly. “I booked last minute and was able to get a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony. Staff were very helpful, friendly and a 24hr front desk was great, plus a free coffee machine at reception. Bed was soooo comfortable! Loved it”
