“I booked and pay the breakfast. I was expecting the breakfast was buffet but when we arrived it’s semi buffet only that foods are served and we’re not satisfied. I emailed and requested the bathtub but no reply until we check in.. So disappointed..”

“Camera was not very clean, we found also a used napkin on the floor close to the bed. The bottom of the wardrobe was dusty and few hair were lying there. Breakfast very minimal, low quality products, just one toaster with only 2 slots... long queue. No fresh products, no cakes, no croissants, no scrambled eggs, no bacon, no cheese, no pasteis de nata...!!! At the end price/quality too high...!!!”

“I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel S. I loved the Art Deco style and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The amenities were great, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was also excellent. Everything made my stay comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!”
