“We had a wonderfule 3 week stay. The unit was well maintained and it was nice having a kitchen that was fully equipped. Listing detail was very accurate.Property management (Expat Properties) was very helpful and made great recommendations for airport transfers and golf cart rental. Grounds maintenance was great and the location in Las Palmas couldn't be more convenient. We highly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit.”

Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach.”

“We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination.
