“The hotel is amazing. The rooms are increíble 360 views!! Luxury ammenities and service. The staff is knowledgable and very kind. The restaurant is increíble. Local ingredients crafted to perfection nice cocktails (incredible selection of bottles and top shelf) also their wine list is amazing. They have also a very nice store with blue zone products. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time.”

“Room needed updates; request for water and beer in room needed to be requested daily, which we sometimes never got water for day; ac unit broke twice- no ac to sleep; pool bar ran out of drinks on Sunday; flies at pool bar was overwhelming; toilet clogged first day there; food was below average; staff was great- welcoming and friendly. Beach was great- no rush to grab chairs.. if looking to hub to travel Costa Rica- this is place; if looking for pampering vacation- find somewhere else.”
