“The staff were fine. The cleanliness of the room was very lacking. There was a bag of garbage behind the nightstand between the beds and a dirty tissue under the headboard of one bed. There was mold in the refrigerator and food splatter in the microwave. There was a dirty spoon behind the dresser and the drawers had dead insects and oyster crackers. Bought and placed weatherstripping around the air conditioning to help with the draft. ”

“The staff was extremely helpful. The pool was not open for the entire stay; other people continued to use it despite that. We did not. The staff seems to be making great efforts to improve the property. They even left to buy items we needed during our stay. The entire property smells like smoke. I am unsure if there is a smoking permitted room: but people smoke in the rooms or on the balconies. It was annoying at best and definitely a concern for anyone with asthma or anyone who just hates...

“Nice stop in a good location for touring the area. I don't spend much time in the room so it was nice and quiet for sleep. The bed was decent. The water was hot and the shower was nice. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest I have ever seen but for $50, it's a nice room. There's gambling machines and a Mexican restaurant in the lobby:)”

“When I went to check in there was no one there. I called and no one answered. By the time they had called me back I had already had to find another place to stay. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“My trip to Corning and the Finger Lakes was incredible, but my accommodation was just average. To be honest, I probably should have booked somewhere else that fit my style a bit better. This place does the trick if you just need a clean bed for a night or two, especially if you're traveling solo on a budget but I’d skip it if you're traveling as a couple or with family. The perks? It’s right off the highway, near plenty of stores, and the rooms and bathrooms are cleaner than what you usually get...

“The lobby is unimpressive, a bit surprising to be honest. Example, not a lobby I would sit and relax in, very cafeteria like. The elevator sounded like it had had a long hard day, probably needs maintenance. The room was clean, but spartan at best. You might need to bring a small ladder to help you get into the bed, very high mattress, but once you have climbed Mount Everest, the bed was comfortable. My lovely wife, will not stay at another one of these properties for all of the above reasons.”

“No coffee in the room and no access to any coffee or breakfast the next day. No staff on premises after 9pm or in the morning. I paid more because it was graduation weekend. The staff at the attached restaurant was no help regarding our stay at the hotel.”

“I stayed at the Northland Motel for two days, and it was one of the best motel experiences I've ever had. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond. The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuine. She made conversation so naturally that I felt like I had known her for years, and she even made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. “C'è stato un grosso malinteso nella fase di checkin, quando ci è stata assegnata una camera già occupata (per fortuna le luci erano accese e le tende aperte, altrimenti avremmo fatto irruzione in una camera occupata), e poi una camera la cui serratura non funzionava. Le camere non fumatori sono al piano superiore e non c'è ascensore. La colazione è molto scarna, tanto che siamo andati altrove a far colazione. Il parcheggio è ampio. ”
