“The room was comfortable the bed was nice. The common areas could be cleaner. The hallway carpet had paint stains on it. There were ants on the garbage can in the dining area. When we were there both elevators were not working. The front desk agent did not even bother to apologize for it and put us on the third floor even though she can clearly see we had two large suitcases with us.
