“The pool is absolutely amazing. A few degrees cooler than the hot tub. The water slide is one of the best around. Perfect for parents to go hang out in while the kids are sliding. Loved it.”

“Front desk staff some are very nice they were above and beyond and did the hospitality right. But others like the manger of the restaurant. Very aggressive and confrontation to defend the rude experience. One night I was at the buffet in the morning . One staff have been informed that I'm a guest . So I got seated the other waiter came with sneakyness ( has a Hench and wanting to investigate but with a nice face and smile and careful steps ) come to me asking me if I need anything then asking...
