Parcheggio privato per 1 auto. Vietato fumare.. Dew Cottage è un delizioso fienile semi-indipendente in una posizione tranquilla con i proprietari che vivono in loco. Situato a pochi minuti d'auto dalla splendida baia di Sennen con la sua lunga spiaggia di sabbia e la distesa di dune di sabbia bianca, porto, caffè sulla spiaggia, negozi di artigianato e pub, Sennen è un paradiso per i surfisti e coloro che cercano una rilassante vacanza al mare, o coppie in cerca di un rifugio tranquillo. La proprietà è la base perfetta da cui partire per esplorare la West Cornwall. Il leggendario Lands End, il famoso Minack Theatre, Porthcurno, il villaggio di Mousehole, il Monte San Michele e la storica città di Marazion sono tutti a breve distanza.

    La zona è rinomata per le sue straordinarie bellezze naturali e i sentieri costieri, e attira anche gli appassionati di fauna selvatica e gli appassionati di birdwatching di tutto il mondo. Prendi la drammatica strada costiera panoramica dalla vicina Pendeen a St Ives, oltre le brughiere ricoperte di erica e le inquietanti case dei motori sparse sul paesaggio. In alternativa, il treno costiero da St Erth a St Ives passa alcune delle spiagge più belle della zona. St Ives è la sede della Tate Gallery e del Museo Barbara Hepworth. Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. Well-equipped (although it took a bit of a search to find the washing up bowl)! It’s a good base for visiting the southern tip of Cornwall. We would recommend this place.

Stayed in this cottage for 3 weeks from 27/07/24.Beautiful cottage conveniently located for some of the most beautiful places in Cornwall.Exceptionally clean, modern, light and airy and in a quiet location. Full size fridge/freezer is a bonus for long stays and the shower is great. King size bed is very comfortable. Penzance is about 15 minutes away for super markets, pubs, restaurants and shops and boat trips ect.We’ve stayed in many great cottages all over the UK and this is the best one. The owners live on site and are friendly and helpful and left us milk, wine, juice and lovely scones, jam and cream. (The shower pull cord switch broke on us and even though it was late in the day it was replaced and working before we even got back from our day out).We will definitely return to this wonderful place and would definitely recommend.

We arrived at Dew Cottage as requested at 17:00 hours and was greeted by Katrina on arrival.

We arrived at Dew Cottage as requested at 17:00 hours and was greeted by Katrina on arrival. We were allowed into the cottage as the key was already inside , when we looked around we could not believe how spotless the place was, it was as if every surface had been freshly decorated, every appliance had only just been installed and the decor was done to a extremely high level, we wanted to move in permanently ! There was nothing we wanted for, there were tea, coffee milk and sugar on arrival as well as a delicious cream tea and a fresh bottle of pure apple, it was very well received and enjoyed. The location could not have been better, tucked away from the main road but not far enough away as to be a problem, local shops just a couple of miles away and larger supermarkets in Penzance, only ten min drive away. Sennen Cove was again Ten min drive and we enjoyed the sea front and the walk to Lands end. i would highly , highly recommend this stunning property to anyone thinking of visiting the area, although im in two minds as i want to keep it to myself ! Top tip if your visiting is to have plenty of pound coins for parking machines as some take cards some dont, some use apps some dont , i wish there was a standard parking meter that excepted all forms of payment but thats not the case here. Book it you will not be dissapointed Look me up on youtube i have some videos of the local area , search Lee Pelling on youtube . The farm road leads you into a neatly kept courtyard with views of farmland all around. It is satisfyingly quiet and relaxing. Even the cows in the adjacent field were quiet and smiled at us every morning. Inside there was nothing to fault and this included their health and safety precautions. The owners have very high hospitality standards. Plenty of hot water, decent shower, warm heating, luxury bed and impeccable cleanliness. No insects or cobwebs to be found anywhere. There were no notices lurking on walls and surfaces reminding you how to behave. A home from home. They even had the same curtains, flooring and colour scheme as us. Book now to avoid disappointment.
