SPAZIOSO SPLENDIDO MOUSEHOLE COTTAGE PARCHEGGIO GIARDINO WIFI

Cottage unico con giardino e parcheggio privato. A solo un minuto a piedi dal porto di Mousehole. Il cottage è a un piano, luminoso e luminoso, con arredamento confortevole ed elegante. Il salotto ha pavimenti in rovere, due divani, smart TV e una stufa a legna per le serate invernali. Telefono fisso. Una cucina completamente attrezzata per chi ama cucinare, con fornello, lavastoviglie, pentole Le Creuset e tutti gli utensili che si possano desiderare. Ci sono due camere da letto - una con due letti singoli, l'altra con un lussuoso letto king-size (largo 5 piedi) e la televisione. Netflix disponibile. biancheria di qualità e asciugamani sono tutti forniti. bagno piastrellato con doccia. lavanderia con lavatrice e stenditoio.
Appartato terrazza esterna al largo della cucina con tavolo, 4 sedie e un Chiminea per il barbecue. C'è un'altra terrazza con tavolo e sedie nella parte superiore del giardino con prato verde, mentre un ulteriore tavolo e due sedie siedono nel giardino anteriore.

The cottage was very comfortable, located in a quiet but convenient location - just a stroll down to the Mousehole harbour. The owners have thought of everything their guests might need. We felt completely at home.

Great Property

We had a brilliant stay at the Old Exchange. It is in a lovely location and the parking space is a great bonus. The property was well looked after, decorated nicely and the kitchen was well furnished with everything needed for a self catering stay.

Fantastic Find

My family and I had an amazing stay in Anne's superb cottage. Everything was as explained and the layout of the cottage is super cute but also spacious. Anne was one of the best Host's - so accommodating, friendly and responsive. She really is fantastic. Yes, the parking is a little tricky with a big car but its totally doable and worth it. I would highly recommend the property and the location is perfect! Right in the centre of this beautiful harbour village. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the country again, we would return (If Anne would have us :D!) 10/10 Thank you so much Anne!

Splendid

An extremely comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for a couple. The spare porch room has beds for two more, particularly children. The location is perfect for enjoying Mousehole without being stuck in traffic. Just a short walk to the quay. The parking spot is priceless if you plan to be there a few days. Full-size refrigerator and washing machine. Our weather did not require heat but there were several portable heaters around for chilly days.

Great location with a unique parking space (enough for 2 cars with a squeeze) at the front. The property was clean and well kitted out. Only 1-2 mins walk to the harbour front. The owner was also quick to respond to a query and was helpful. Overall I’d recommend.

Fabulous cottage, cosy and well equipped, boasting invaluable parking space it provides a fantastic base for exploring this part of Cornwall. Lovely touches from the hosts and great communication from them from day 1, will definitely stay again.

Everything you could ask for and more!

Superb holiday home. Really well equipt with everything you could possibly need and more!! The property is thoughtfully decorated with some lovely personal touches. Very comfortable beds. Perfect size for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog!! The house is in a perfect location with the bonus of parking. We cant wait to return!

Property well located to enjoy all Mousehole has to offer. We were blessed with amazing weather and enjoyed several trips locally. The local deli was fabulous and does the best flat whites and pastries.

Excellent cottage in Mousehole

The cottage was perfect for our 4-night stay in Mousehole in mid-October. It is very well furnished and equipped and had been meticulously cleaned prior to our arrival. There is a private parking space in front of the cottage and it is located on a quiet lane about a minute’s walk from the harbour. We had delightful dinners on 2 nights at ‘2 Fore Street’, which is about 90 seconds walk away which we strongly recommend. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Old Exchange cottage and it will be our preferred location for future holiday breaks in West Cornwall.

Perfect stay, perfect location and parking!!

Lovely property in the villages' old telephone exchange. Great location a 90 second walk from the harbour. Parking is a real bonus but don't bring a big big car or it gets a bit tight. I would advice reversing up the lane and then parking forward into the space. This seems to give you the right angle to get out easily with one movement! In terms of the actual property... lovely and clean. Proper living area with comfy sofas and TV. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Big comfy bed and adjoining bathroom. Fantastic hosts. Very friendly, accommodating and communicative. Great recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Here are our favourites: Mousehole - Old Coastguards and 2 Fore Street for dinner. The Crab Soufflé at 2 Fore Street was incredible! Penzance - The Mexico Inn - great little bistro pub, cool back story, great food We flew to the Scilly Isles for the day. Incredible and well worth it when the weather is good!
