“Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel”

“Please add a quarter vending machine in the room it self. Making a guest who’s in the 3rd floor go down to the help desk for quarters is not convenient ”

“Overall for one night it was an ok stay. It looked like they didn’t finish remodeling. Some walls were half painted. The rooms were clean but smelled musty. The staff at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. The breakfast was not that great. ”

“Do not trust the high rating on Expedia. Very misleading. This is what you’d expect in a cheap motel. The rooms have no sound-proofing. Very musty smelling. Black gunk in the showers. Paint peeling off the walls. The water wasn’t even lukewarm in the shower, and the pressure was inexistent. ”

“Parking was easy. Check in was easy when I got to my room there was hair in the tub something all over the sink the floor disgusting Beds were disgusting too”

“Crazy over priced. Not well maintained. Toilet doesn't work in room.”

“Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However: 1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. Lots of dust...

“I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. ”

“Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room.”

“The room was really cold and I could not figure out how to adjust the temperature. The room was dirty when I arrived. There was muddy footprints in the shower and I found dirt on the shirts indicating they hadn't been changed. There were no additional blankets the bedding covers are minimal so I was very cold sleeping here. ”
