“Everything about our stay was great. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes. The pool was always clean and stocked with lots of towels. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. Every time I walked through the lobby or onto the elevator, it smelled and looked freshly cleaned. ”

“Some staff were helpful, many were not. Always something seemed to be missing or out - internet, regular milk, ice cream, printer not working in the business center, no carts or assistance with check-in; confusing entrance location, had to change rooms upon check-in - not as advertised on web; did not shovel snow on front walk - safety issue. Very different experience than our wedding night and reception 50 years ago.”

“They had little black spiders there in the hotel room and the pool was tiny my kids didnt go swimming bcuz the pool was too packed with people,and the room was small for a suite and had trash from the previous person under the bed and on side the dresser,the staff was rude also.and they overcharged me.”

“My daughter and I came for the pool area the hot tub was completely closed off and not working and the pool was not very clean the water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom of the pool. There were no pool towels on the first day we had to ask a couple times up front and the next day there were a few in the morning. When we checked in at 3:15 most of the rooms were not cleaned because they said housekeeping was running behind”

“the location seems kind of isolated; perhaps they are remodeling but it just seemed outdated and it wasn't very clean. ”

“I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. Due to the conditions, we did not stay in the room and were moved to another hotel. At that time, I was clearly told that I would...

“Great service since the moment I walked in. The room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The monthly you walk through the doors you already know you will be having a great stay and experience.”

“Breakfast was terrible limited choices. Out of coffee Had to ask turn things back on even though breakfast wasn’t over yet. And all in construction and the halls and rooms are in poor shape ”

“We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again!”
