The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. “This place is a the best place i have stayed in a long time! The security for this building is amazing. I like the fact you use your key for the pool, laundry room. The breakfast was a very good selection as well. The room itself was a WIN! The atmosphere is very clean,calm and welcoming. The sfaff was all very nice, helpful and was happy to answer any questions. They do offer valet, for a fee but we parked in the garage across the street for only 4$ for the night. Definitely will be booking...

“The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They were able to pick me up from the airport and take me to the mall whenever I was ready. On my last day, they took me to the mall after I left my luggage at the hotel and when they picked me up they had my luggage so that they could take me directly to the airport. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“The breakfast is amazing at this hotel, there were lots of options, delicious food. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. There are really good dining options on the same lot. And also the Mall of America is right across the street, with the public transit station right there too. The pool area was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature.
