“From the moment we checked in the staff was happy and professional. It was a soggy afternoon but they were all smiling and laughing. The evening food was great, The popcorn fresh and the beer cold. Each person we interacted with from the housekeepers to the food service and even the managers making their rounds in the common areas were excellent and on point. Breakfast was served hot and the spacious dining area was a treat.”

“The first room we were given was not cleaned with any TLC. Immediately, after opening the shower curtain, I noticed several strands of hair on the shower wall. I could tell the bath had not been thoroughly cleaned, hence the strands of hair all over the wall. I had to rinse it myself. Even with that, the hair washed down easily. That tells me, the bathroom was not cleaned well. The toilet paper looked as though someone had recently used the toilet. The least the staff could have done was changed...

“Beds were nit made, bathroom was not clean, dirty towels everywhere. I checked in around 11 PM, and the room they provided me was basically not touched. I told the front desk she wrote a note and said she doesn't have cleaners. I shed for a refund, she said it was booked via expedia and I need to request it through expedia. Very terrible experience”

“Rooms were decently clean, slight musty smell though. We were bummed out when we went to open the pull out bed in the living room area only to find an 'out of order' sign under the cushion. Wish we would have known we would not have been able to use that pull out bed prior to checking in so we could have asked for a room with a working pull out bed. “Siamo arrivati in questo hotel vicino al l’autostrada e l’impressione è stata subito pessima. Sinceramente non capisco come possa avere quel rating. Già la hall aveva un cattivo odore e lo stesso la camera. La colazione poi era ridicola: non uno yogurt o un cioccolato per i bambini. Niente formaggio spalmabile. Una vergogna. ”

“This property is more for long term stays. It doesn't really function as a typical hotel. I'm not sure why Expedia included it in my options for a 3 night hotel stay. In one room the AC made too much noise to sleep. In the next room the shower had very little pressure. The staff was very helpful ”
