“The property is very clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and we very much enjoyed the stay. Last, we had a lovely view of the Mississippi.”

“I’ll start this by saying people are everything and the staff saved it for me. We booked our room at 9pm for a 3 night stay because we were driving in all night from Texas for the birth of our grandson. When we arrived at 3am the system dumped our only 3 hour reservation, I was mind blown. The staff fixed it and we were able to check in. Everyone that worked over the next few days was kind, welcoming and made it feel cozy despite the building needing work. It’s not neglected it’s just humidity...

“The front desk guy Nick was very nice and helpful. But the room needs updating on the furniture and AC unit. That unit was very noisy and the sofa in the room had stains and a few rips and the floor was sticky.”

“Not clean. At all. Like what so ever. There was food behind the night stands, aluminum foil from tacos or something, and kleenex every. Not a good stay for the money they charge for those rooms.”

“Definitely not the best Marriott in the chain. I come to BR twice and month and this was closer to my work site so I thought I would change it up but I won't be returning. It was clean but old, not sure what chain hotel it used to be though. The bed was uncomfortable and the chair/sofa thing was horrendous. What's up with hotels switching to miniature pillows? It needs to stop.”
