“Room was clean , great breakfast and dinner . But had a problem with staff , despite that negative situation on trip the agm Torrance apologized for the wrongness on his staff end and gave us another free night for the inconvenience. ”

“We had a great stay there was a few maintenance issues but the over stay was great”

“I paid extra on this app for the breakfast only for them to tell me that it wasn’t included with the room … the elevator was broken but was repaired the next day … ”

“Filthy room, staff was okay. Came home next day to vomiting and diarrhea. Probably the filthy room. ”

“Nice, feels homey. Room was clean and definitely apt feeling. Fireplace outside not working, has food and ants everywhere. Front desk doesn’t know. Pool even though indoor was not heated and impossible to get in that cold. Again staff doesn’t know but says well some people use it. Makes sense since we did not see any for 3 days in pool. Trash left in hallway for those 3 days and never picked up. Laundry room dirty.”
