“Nice, feels homey. Room was clean and definitely apt feeling. Fireplace outside not working, has food and ants everywhere. Front desk doesn’t know. Pool even though indoor was not heated and impossible to get in that cold. Again staff doesn’t know but says well some people use it. Makes sense since we did not see any for 3 days in pool. Trash left in hallway for those 3 days and never picked up. Laundry room dirty.”

“Staff excellent but I shouldn’t have to deal with staff if room was in order. They need to sell rooms for the pool. The pool is the ONLY thing going for this place, not open all day.
