“Best hotel we have ever stayed in , in terms of costumer service, cleanliness and room size. We ran into an issue with the receptionist charging my card when I already had a reservation through Expedia. It was at night and I was too tired I forgot to let her know and she didn’t not ask either. Next morning I realized about the double charge. “Room was clean and everything worked great. My only change would have been to have more streaming app capabilities. It was limited to netflix and prime video. With prime if you dont have other subscriptions through them you cant access. So the tv didnt allow for apps to be downloaded. Other than that I enjoyed the stay. The staff was great and friendly. ”
