“I was surprised that there was no complimentary Continental breakfast ”

“Breakfast was great and early being we had to be up early. Neighbors were very noisy on both sides of us and even halls. ”

“We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service.”

“The first room that I was in, the toilet didn’t flush properly the room wasn’t up to par, shower had hair in it etc and the curtains had something on them, I wasn’t sure if it was blood or what but I changed rooms only to end up in a room with a HORRENDOUS smell that made me wake up with a headache and that toilet also didn’t work properly in the “new room” so it is a plumbing issue inside the entire building. The hotel was so disgusting I didn’t eat or drink anything inside the room nor did I...

“The entire hotel reeked of weed. From the lobby, up the elevator and into our no smoking room. Room was not clean. Stains and hair on the bedside lampshade. Carpet did not appear cleaned in years. There were objects under the carpet. Not small objects either. The AC didn’t cool effectively and room was sticky humid. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was excellent. So not a total loss, but not worth more than one star. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. ”

“The room was extremely clean. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The breakfast and especially Coffey bar was a treat.”

“Tahj was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the property. All areas were so clean and breakfast was delicious with many choices. Every staff member was so nice! I will definitely stay here again! ”

“My stay was amazing! Just what I needed for a spring break getaway. I’d only mention that there’s no microwave to heat up something fast but there is a toaster oven. Also, so be careful with any luggage because of the gravel in the front yard but, these two things don’t make or break my experience. I would definitely stay here again!”
