“Room was different than the picture of room we thought we booked was hard to communicate with desk person do to the accent of the desk person”

Also, the room smelled unbelievably bad and the surface of the bathtub was pealing up. I checked out immediately due to the smell. I acknowledge that I needed to pay for one non-refundable night, but I was told by the hotel and Expedia that the second night would be waved and that did not happen.
