“This is our usual hotel when we come to visit people in CT and MA. Good “in-between” for day trip between our destinations.”

“Overall I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.”

“The room wasn't clean. There were hairs everywhere. It smelled like a dog had been kept in the room.”

“This hotel is only good if you 100% need a place to sleep at night. We had roaches, spider and flies in our room. I also had dirty rags under my bed. Laundry room and lobby bathroom was out of order and when you turn the ac on, the room got filled with a potent mold smell. I will say the staff were pretty attentive though.”

“It was clean. Rarely anyone at the desk but responsive when pushing the call button. Water pressure in sink was minimal, ok in the shower.”

“Room was not clean and had a terrible odor. Bathroom vent didn’t work and just overall uncomfortable. We booked a suite that sleeps 6 and the bathroom door was a sliding door with no lock. Showers had barely any water pressure”

“Nice hotel, clean room and nice breakfast area”

“They are having renovations. No pool. No breakfast. Only 1 elevator works. 1st room tv, a/c, fridge did not work. Second room was all good except tub did not drain. We have stayed there a few times but that over a year ago. If we knew they were having construction we would have stayed elsewhere. From now on I’ll call the hotel before I book & if they are having construction we will stay elsewhere.”

“We enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and space of the room. We disliked the conditions of the bathroom, but for the price, it didn’t matter much.”

“Clean and nice smelling room. Housekeeper was friendly. Front desk person did his best to find two rooms next to each other for me and my wife and for my daughter and her family. Breakfast was good and all attended.”

“Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Mattress needed replaced. It slanted like it was well worn. My back and neck are sore. ”
