“Place is long term studio, was different than normal hotel. Place was adequate, clean. Other patrons were long terms tenants. Different but ok”

“Even though I made a reservation there was no room for me when I got there. The front desk was very rude, unhelpful and completely unapologetic. Very disappointing especially as I am a platinum Marriott member. ”

“Got to the hotel and was quickly greeted by staff to check in. Room was spacey and nicely cleaned and set up. My mom stays in hotels often and is picky and this was her favorite one to date! I plan to stay here for future trips due to our amazing experience with this hotel and its staff! ”

“No pool. Elevator made sounds and shaky at times. Patched up parts of the room from repairs. Breakfast ok, has been better at other holiday inn hotels.”

“Definitely needs updating. Staff is great, helpful but it’s very outdated. Many things including our room, paint peeling, discoloration. Bathroom looks horrible ”

“The employees are fantastic at this property. Ebony and Kaprise are the best. They turned a disaster of a weekend to an amazing weekend. I highly recommend this property. I will make sure to stay again the next time I’m in the area. Thank you. ”

“My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

“No breakfast ”

“Breakfast complementary rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. There was only this one lady(staff she was knitting )that spoke to everyone except for me and my family, and my child dropped the piece of paper, not noticing, but the lady picked it up so aggressively as if she was aggravated with us being down there eating breakfast”

“Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs”

“Door would not properly lock, had to ask to move to a different room. Rooms had an odor ”

“So so dirty! Left after 20 min. My daughter started itching after sitting on the bed. Mold in showers and ceiling all over the room. Will include pictures when I can. ”

“Room was not very clean. Place could use upgrades. They advertised breakfast but no such thing. Though it is not a big deal it is deceptively bad to do that. ”
