“Very clean, bed so comfy. Loved the roof top balcony. Staff awesome. The only thing we didn’t care for was no cleaning staff came in at all, we went and got new towels from front desk because the “green” plan was to reuse towels and washcloths, but we don’t reuse towels and washcloths and no one emptied trash in room or left new coffee packs for us each day. The breakfast room didn’t have people there for coffee sometimes. The front desk people had to come help us get coffee. The roof top staff...

“Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and well serviced with plenty of towels. Water pressure in sink was poor. Breakfast was one step above continental with limited hot food choices but they did constantly replenish.
