“Not excellent...biggest issues: no toilet paper or soap until next morning, shower hot water was quite cold. Building in rough shape, especially flooring, though it looks like they're making improvements (painting walls etc.). Not a fan of the virtual check-in: a bit confusing and too impersonal, though I eventually figured it out. I finally met Monica next morning who was quite pleasant and helpful; if they can fix the biggest issues I would rate higher. On a positive note, comfortable...

The staff works hard to create a very comfortable and welcoming environment, and are happy to help with any requests you might have. The included breakfast is lovely and eating it on their porch overlooking Cusco cannot be beat. I'll be recommending this hostel to any friends that visit Cusco.”
