“Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.”

“My partner and I made an emergency reservation fairly late on the same day we were meant to arrive in town. We encountered some extenuating circumstances during our vacation, which meant we needed a safe place to sleep for a couple of nights. Despite this short notice, our stay was fantastic! “Everything was clean and tidy, the host was lovely, and the house and grounds were stunning.”

“What a great spot. It’s been a while since we stayed at a B&B so we were not sure what we would experience. The owner was great, personal, friendly and with a lot of great tips about the area. Room was clean and well organised, with a well-stocked minibar. The rest of the house was also well-kept and clean and the outside area was definitely the highlight with a Chimea, a paddock full of sheep and a nice little walk down to the river. “Lovely place to stay. We had a 2 bedroom unit behind the hotel up on the hill. Very comfortable. Breakfast included in the dining room. Very nice cereal, toast, pastries, tea,coffee, fruit etc. great views. Quiet and clean.”
