“This was budget accommodation and was adequate for sleeping and relaxing. The room was clean. Hot water took ages to arrive after turning on. The bathroom sink had a crack although did not leak. The front door lock was stiff and sometimes the door bolt would get stuck inside the faceplate - it had to be banged to get it to release.”

“The hotel is part of a gym/sports complex with a few dining options. Free parking, and a short trail to watch birds at the pollution containment area (retention pond or flood control zone)”

The only complaint this time was that on the 1st night (we stayed 2 nights,1 at the beginning & 1 at the end of our Hunter Valley holiday in different rooms) the TV didn't work & the lovely man on reception finally fixed it up for up for us. “This has been my preferred accommodation for a decade however Room 4 was terrible. It had an adjoining door and my neighbours had lights on and talking until 1224 a.m. so not able to get to sleep. The lounge was vinyl worn to thread bear. Plus black hairs on it. There was a baby huntsman and a big daddy longlegs spiders living in the shower and the bed side lamps were very dusty level with my face. No greeting instructions I usually get, they said Expedia didn't supply?”

“Rooms are decent with young family. Needs refurbishing. Cupboards have all fallen apart. Not much amenities. ”
