“Beautiful quiet place to stay! Walking distance to the beach”

“A lovely little unit literally on the oceanfront. You can hear the sea and it’s a hop, skip and jump to the beach. There is a seawater pool just along from the unit which was great. Very modern - we couldn’t fault it. If you are going out to eat don’t go past “The Water’s Edge” - it’s in town on the wharf but surrounded by empty shops! (and a Mexican eatery) The food was fantastic and the service great. Prices were more than reasonable.”

“The hotel is well maintained and recently painted but that was the issue. The overwhelming smell of oil based paint made it very difficult to sleep or enjoy our stay. Was disappointing.”

“Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min. The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. “Despite booking three weeks prior to arrival, the Owner had not looked at my booking, including lower bunk only for the two nights, due to my disability preventing me getting up into a top bunk. This request has never been an issue in any other Hostel. “The room was spotless, the receptionist was lovely and very informative. The grounds themselves were absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Easy to get to and parking close to the rooms. Breakfast was lovely and so was the lady in the kitchen Would definitely recommend if you want no frills accommodation and total relaxation and peacefulness”

“We had an excellent stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located - just a short walk to the beach, cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free, making the whole experience very enjoyable. The reason I gave 4 stars overall is because I wish the garden was fenced or separated for each room.
