“Short stay overnight, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel was clean. Had dinner there as well and it was perfectly cooked in large portions. Was able to come and go even even early in the morning. Breakfast next morning was good and in sizeable portions. Thoroughly recommend.”

“Just back from a wonderful 3 night stay at the Tor-na-coille. We stayed in a deluxe room which was spacious and spotless. Loved all the original features of this beautiful building. The staff all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Fresh fruit and delicious cooked breakfast every morning, we dined once in the evening which was superb and very good value, rounded off with a nightcap in front of the roaring fire in the lounge. Only thing I would maybe say is the lighting in the restaurant is quite bright but that is being a bit pernickety. I would highly recommend staying there. I very much doubt you'll find better in the area. ”

“Absolutely loved this quirky castle. The owners was so friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the castles history and did a personal tour which I loved. His love for the property showed so much in this tour. Breakfast was delicious and left nothing to ask for. Would stay here again. No complaints. ”
