“The host was very responsive to any questions I had, responding within a few minutes each time. The space was as advertised with all needed amenities. ”

“Read the narrative first, as the list of beds in the overview is not correct! There was a dirty towel over the bathroom door when we arrived, and a load of towels in the dryer that hadn’t been put away. One adult found a used earplug, in her bed which made us wonder if the sheets had been washed between guests. After the check-in instructions, which didn’t come until a few hours prior to check-in, the host never responded to any of our messages, including the fact that he gave us the wrong WiFi...

“Beautiful home with enough space and rooms. Parking is an issue if you have more than two vehicles but that isn’t any fault of the host. Yomi was very nice and we had an open line of communication. If I’m ever in need of a place to stay in Richmond, this will be my #1 choice.”

“Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play.”
