“The property was exactly as listed. Very responsive communication from the owner.”

“My family of six stayed the night on our way back to upstate New York from Orlando. Nice place. Everyone was comfortable. Conveniently located 10ish minutes from I-95 and 5ish minutes from I-295. Host was great with communication. Would stay again.”

“Pamela’s basement suite was very clean and comfortable. She communicated quickly and easily with us. The suite had everything we needed and was very spacious. ”

“We were on the way to visit my father at his home with hospice care, and we got a message from the host that the house was not available, and they would work on getting us a refund. Could not get another place to stay, as same day was too late. Super disappointed.”

“Well stocked clean house. Very cute eclectic decorating. We loved that it was not close to the road.”

“Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our kids loved the amazing backyard, cozy furniture, and it provided us a great launch pad for a swim meet for our daughter. The kitchen is amazing, way better than other rentals we've stayed in. Cooking and healthy foods are often key to our stays, and this place delivered!”

“I highly recommend this property if you are ever in the Richmond Va area. The host was very friendly and helpful and responded right away when I needed to reach out!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very accommodating with everything we needed.the backyard was quaint with just enough room for our fur baby. Plenty of shade for him to lounge around outside whenever he wanted to. I will definitely stay here whenever I’m in the area!!!!”

“It was clean and nicely Renovated. It was clear, that they have put in work to improve the house. The showers could use a user manual.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, Friday - Sunday. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. Street park was easily available and the location is good. Note: as stated in the description, the area is very close to VCU, lots of students living in the area. They were very loud on Friday and Saturday late night into the early morning... bring earplugs, it helps a lot.”

“Room was clean and host was available. Door lock system was tricky, especially at night with no light.”

“All was great”

“It was amazing and a great place to stay for our vacation”

“Great Beautiful home. Clean, spacious. For one family or two. Kid friendly home. Host responds quickly. Great place to stay in Richmond. Mins away from convention center and VSU.”

“Great place !”

“The house was in a great location for our needs! Parking was great. We received information in a very timely manner and it was clear and concise. We rented both sides for a group of 15. Upon entering we realized it had not been cleaned, or not cleaned well. The kitchens were dirty, the drawers had food particles in and on them. The couches had trash behind and under them. The cleaners did come back twice to resolve this issue. The house did not have enough silverware for the people staying....
