“Overall, everything was just fine. The bed was a little firmer than expected.”

“I was not aware that you had to pay to park. The cost of parking is only 10.00 but it should be included in the hotel stay. That is my only negative thing that I have to say.”

“The hotel was great. Clean, staff were very nice. Expedia however stated they had a pool and the hotel told them seven years ago to fix the ad. The view from our window was beautiful. ”

“The front desk was good. Parking was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and stocked. Only problems….. all tv services were out. No tv in any rooms It was pouring and the window in our room leaked so bad we had to put a towel on the floor to stop the sound and to minimize the damage.”

“It was horrible, the worst accommodation ever! Don't stop here... Every person who checked in before and after me had something to arguing with the hotel stuff. Door broken, old bathroom, dirty room, no fridge, no towels for 4, only for one and dirty! It was too late to leave and find something else. Wi-fi didn't work! A horrible night! It seems the hotel never had a refreshing in 50 years and more! Avoid it!”

“To all avoid this Hotel at all cost. Pay $10 cash for a towel deposit. Room was unclean broken everything when you turn around. Stains everywhere, you look up and the bathroom fan is falling out. Kids in the hallway blocking you to go down the stairs. Front desk clerk dressed in dirty clothes and didn't know how to check in customers. Boxes off snacks from Costco all around her. Disrespectful all around. For your safety stay away. ”

“This was a spur of the moment reservation due to other options being unavailable. And I am so glad I went with it. Ms Claudia is so cute and sweet. And accommodating. Per request she allowed me to set up decorations. And breakfast. Which she made, was right on time and delicious. The room was the perfect size for a couple to use for their stay. And overall it was a very relaxing and entertaining weekend spent. If you are not familiar with Va. a bunch of the historical places you will visit will...

“There was an a lot of construction going on and the rooms were not as advertised for two queen beds. There were two full beds. Overall I saw that they were attempting to incorporate changes but try not to rent rooms in a hall way where you are missing walls and ceiling tiles. ”

“This property needs a lot of work. Some of the staff was great and others were not. It will do for a night visit but I wouldn't stay here more than one night.”

“It seems as though the property was going through a renovation so there was a little mess. However, the staff was very accommodating. My room did have a funny smell, and I bought air freshener at the grocery next door to help with that. But room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was nice to have groceries n restaurants right within reach.”
