“Personnel very kind, but little prepared. Room scheduling very poor. Not to mention room conditions: old, dusty, and extremely noisy, although being located near the top of the building. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the hotel service.”

“Had a stay booked after midnight. Front desk said they wouldn't accept my reservation. So I paid them directly to stay the night. Was not resolved so I paid for 2 nights to stay just one night at the property. No attempt was made by front desk to assist.”

“I booked this place so i would intrude while stopping by to visit family friends and the the pictures made it look like it was in a decent area near downtown and I was definitely wrong it’s not a nice neighborhood and the 9.whatever rating it said it was for solo travelers couldn’t be more false in my opinion. So that being said i ended up not even spending any time there and definitely didn’t sleep there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!”

“Arrived at 4:00 p.m., as we know check-in is at 4:00. Was informed that no rooms were available and we would have to wait. No wait time given because they didn't know when a room would be available. We had Astros game to go to and wanted to be there by 4:30 because they were giving away Carlos Correa bobbleheads and our two grand daughters wanted one. This was their first Astros game and were really excited. We didn't get to freshen and change to make it to Daikin park as early as we...

“I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!”
