“Our second stay here. We really like the bar area, great cocktails and live music. The place was hopping. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had some appetizers and pizza and it was delicious. Location is great, easy walkable for downtown sites and restaurants.”

“We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned.”

“Generally, the hotel was clean and nice. However, the fan in the room was extremely loud and noisy, and I couldn’t sleep because of it. The staff was not very helpful regarding this issue. They simply told me that the fan runs all the time and that the noise is normal. Please fix this fan, or at least install a switch so guests can turn it off when needed.”

“We stayed in suite #8. It was beautiful and very roomy. It had all the amenities one could need and it was quiet and comfortable despite being right next to the hotel’s restaurant (which was delicious). There are just a few small things that needed tending to and the customer service response to help us with those were very quick.
