We had some appetizers and pizza and it was delicious. Location is great, easy walkable for downtown sites and restaurants.”

“We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned.”
