“Scent sensitive people, beware. They use scented detergent on their linens, if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff. The staff was great at fixing my issues, but I took a refund and left after one night. When I arrived, the common area and the room was over 80 degrees. It took hours and several phone calls to work through the issue. I was moved to another room but the heat issue persisted. It wasn't until 3 am that the room finally got to 70 degrees. “Bars and restaurants nearby as well as right across the street from Fiserv Forum where the concert was that e were going. The restaurant on main floor was very good.”

“The staff were absolutely amazing! Louis went above and beyond to ensure my birthday weekend was enjoyed. Him along with the other staff were friendly, kind and just down to earth! The rooms were just as amazing as the rest of the hotel! Would stay there again next time I’m in Milwaukee! ”

“Rooms are definitely have not been sound proofed like mentioned in the description. Had trouble hearing our neighbors talking until 3am rwo nights in a row. Contacted staff and no real help in solving the issue. Photos are also little misleading, room only includes your standard bed and bathroom. Otherwise clean and resonably updated.”

“Buona posizione, uscendo a destra 10 minuti di cammino e si trova il museo harley davinson,il centro quindi river,ristoranti e negozi comunque vicini. L'hotel è pulito e con una bella hall,non avevamo la colazione, il parcheggio è a pagamento come d'altronde gli hotel delle grandi città,si trovano facilmente vicino, ad agosto tanti parcheggi liberi, ma attenzione a valutare la durata e quindi il costo, c'è poca differenza con quello dell'hotel!”

“Hotel was beautiful, original, and historic. The room was a great size and had a cozy bed. The fridge had food in it from a former guest, so i reminded the front desk at check out that housekeeping needs to be more thorough. The rest of the space and hotel was quite clean.”
