“Overall a GREAT hotel to stay at! Rooms were clean, hotel was clean, the pool was very nice! Breakfast was also very good! Staff was really friendly and welcoming! Will stay here again. Was very close to the stadium which was convenient, and aloof food places within walking distance!”

“Our second stay here. We really like the bar area, great cocktails and live music. The place was hopping. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had some appetizers and pizza and it was delicious. Location is great, easy walkable for downtown sites and restaurants.”

“We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned.”

“Check in was very easy, keypads were very easy, kitchen amenities were very nice, location was great. Gym was small but functional. Staff was friendly and helpful both in person and by text.”

“Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.”

“Fun art deco hotel! A little worn but adds to character… everything clean otherwise and bar, breakfast and dinner places all again solid and relatively fair price … team there all working together and could tell so made it a great experience 👍”

“We stayed in suite #8. It was beautiful and very roomy. It had all the amenities one could need and it was quiet and comfortable despite being right next to the hotel’s restaurant (which was delicious). There are just a few small things that needed tending to and the customer service response to help us with those were very quick. The #3 does not work on the inner keypad to enter the room and our code contained a 3. This has apparently been a problem for a little while. When we called, the...

“Room poorly ready for guests. No shower mat, shower gel TOTALLY EMPTY, floor lamp did not work, carpet buckled upon entry which was dangerous. Breakfast inferior- cold, greasy sausage patties, milk carafe empty, oatmeal cold, 2 apples in badkwt, no other fruit. Parking garage impossible to find and we were forced to use valet.”
