“I recently stayed at Potawatomi and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The on-site casino was a lot of fun, with a great atmosphere and plenty of gaming options to keep us entertained. The only issue during this stay was with the room service app. On multiple occasions, the app was not functioning properly, and I was unable to place room service orders. This was disappointing, especially since room service has worked well during my previous stays and I’ve never experienced this problem...

“When we got to our room the air conditioner was incredibly loud. Sounded like an idling diesel truck. I asked for a different room which they were happy to do when I showed the video of the A//C. When we got to our different room the A/C barely worked. It was quiet, but the room was 75 but set at 65. We turned it off, and back on and that helped. But by morning it was 73. For the price of the room, not close to being worth it.”

“Unfortunately the room while hotel was not well kept. The rugs the second you walk into the lobby were so disgusting. I was instantly nervous at that point. They pump so much aroma into it I had a headache. Our room also was heavily fragrant to cover up an odor. Lastly, we valet parked and waited for 30 mins for our vehicle.
