“Upon arrival, staff member was very courteous and helpful. Cabin was nice. Smelled like mould in the cupboards. Microwave didnt work. Leaks in the bathroom from the shower and under the sink. An hour of our stay was taken away as we left the cabin for breakfast and came back to find the cleaner in our cabin. Staff upon leaving did nothing to deal with us having an hour shaved off our paid time. Overall, was an ok stay. Grounds were clean. Amenities were nice.”

“You get what you pay for! Location is good if you like the centre of gossy. Checking in after work on a Monday was poorly timed- My check in was commensurate with ten people ordering after-work drinks. Free ear plugs are provided to block out the noise of the 1am street brawls below. “We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable . It’s clear to see that all the staff are happy in their roles and enjoy working there. Some standouts include Julie, Georgia and Peter.
