Welcome to Ushmila’s Nest!

This cozy third-floor suite, ideal for a family of four (max two adults), offers hotel-style comfort with two rooms: one with a queen bed and a second with a queen air mattress. You’ll enjoy a private bathroom, microwave, K-cup coffee maker with essentials, and a mini fridge stocked with bottled water.

Located in Philadelphia’s historic Main Line area, Ushmila’s Nest is surrounded by mature trees, charming cafes, and local dining. The King of Prussia Mall and colleges like Villanova, Bryn Mawr, and Haverford are nearby. A local train station around the corner makes trips to downtown Philly for- Philadelphia museum of art, Franklin Institute, Independence hall or Liberty bell , the airport, and Amtrak easy and convenient.

What a lovely little hidden gem. Everything about the stay was so pleasant and comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The accommodations were clean, properly stocked with everything you needed. There was great off street parking and you were close to some restaurants and CVS, in case you needed a pharmacy. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to visit my family in Philly.

Lovely house and beautifully landscaped. The upstairs suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for my needs near the Devon Horse Show grounds. The host was super friendly. I would most certainly stay again if the need arises.

Our stay was phenomenal. I was thoroughly impressed with how spotless and clean the rooms were upon arrival. The home effortlessly blends timeless historical charm with modern comfort, creating an atmosphere that’s both elegant and inviting. From the original hardwood floors (carpeting in the rooms) and beautiful decor to the antique touches throughout the space, you can feel the rich history in every corner. The owner also has beautiful landscaping and flowers all throughout the property. The inside is beautifully updated with all the modern amenities you could ask for—high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, stocked bathroom with different toiletry items in case you forgot some and comfortable bedding.The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood just a short stroll from downtown Wayne. You would think being close to the train station would be the opposite of quiet, but I barely noticed the trains passing by during our stay. Plus, the train into Philadelphia is super convenient (wish I was able to use it), giving you the best of both small-town charm and city access.The hosts were an absolute delight—welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. They truly did make us feel like family during our visit.If you’re looking for a stay that captures the spirit of Southeast PA with warmth, character, and style, look no further. We can’t wait to return!

This "Nest" was so nice and comfy:)

This home is very convenient to all the local areas of interest. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. There are two separate rooms (bedroom and sitting area) which makes it nice if someone wants to sleep in:) The bed was super comfy! And the place was very clean and well-stocked. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. However, I think I would choose one of the downstairs accommodations because there were a lot of steps up to our rooms. Thank you, Ushmila, for making our family weekend celebration even more special!

This property is ideal for any event at the surrounding colleges and universities because of the location, but don’t delay booking because it fills quickly. The host responded to our emails within 24 hours prior to our stay and responded within 30 minutes during our stay. We need to reach out to them once during our stay and received an email plus a phone call to ensure they were able to answer our question. This was a very nice personal touch! The suite was clean, quiet and private, close to shops and restaurants in the area, and perfect for 2 adults needing a short stay close to the university. We would book again.

Was a quick overnight stay

The hosts were very helpful and clear what was expected. Everything was clean and well organized. It was stocked with water and coffee. The only thing that needed improvement was the temperature at night. It got a bit warm.

Our favorite place!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Wayne! Close to everything and so cozy. The hosts are wonderful and this was our second visit with them. Can’t wait to stay here next time!
