“We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.”

Attention to detail was outstanding- appreciated the birthday decorations for my husband.Sauna and spa were our highlight.Recommendations to the hosts- pillows were of a very high profile we would have slept better with low- medium profile pillows.Fridge froze our milk.Check in and out was seamless, didn’t quite expect the shack to be in the owners backyard but it was private and secure but could hear neighbours who were drilling...
