Parkview House - Goodlife Vacation Homes

This home is a hiker's paradise. Located in the Ahwatukee Foothills, Phoenix. Direct backyard gate access to South Mountain Park. Spectacular 25 mile unobstructed view to Estrella Mountains and Montezuma Peak. Secluded street, quiet and minimal traffic. Family park with swings and tennis courts within walking distance (1 mile) Super convenient: 75+ restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Grocery - 2 minutes. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking amenities needed. Each room has a dedicated workspace. The outdoor space has spectacular views and the sunset is incredible. Master has its own private deck with seating. Relax in the Zen space located on the side of the home. Family friendly home. Games. Huge reading library of over 500 books for age 2-14. Roll out bed and air mattress also available.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.

Pima Canyon trail

Close to the sounds of birds, and other wildness. Love the easy access to hike the South Mountain trail system. Homey. Clean. Close to Safeway and airport.

Nice neighborhood and close to hiking

We enjoyed our stay here and loved that the home is so close to hiking on South Mountain.The home is clean and well stocked. Backyard, patio and deck make enjoying the outdoors and scenery comfortable.The bed was pretty hard but other than that our stay was great

Great Home in Great Setting

Really liked everything about this stay - the home was clean and in a great neighborhood. The trails and open space right out the back yard was peaceful and useful! Not crazy about the Ring camera on the back patio - felt like we didn't have privacy in that area. But overall a great stay. Enjoyed the huge collection of books, movies, and games.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood, lovely view

The house is very well maintained. Patio, back yard are lovely and the view from the upstairs balcony is stunning. An easy drive to everything. It was perfect for offsite accommodations for a conference at the Arizona Grand since it was only 5 minutes away.

Lots of amenities, comfortable backyard with amazing view. Extremely easy check out - only the basics required. Host was readily available. Awesome!

Location with a View

You won’t find a better spot for access to good hikes, restaurants and a safe, quiet neighborhood. I have never stayed in a place as well stocked as this one. From appliances and kitchen supplies to TV movies, games, and puzzles, they have it all. The best part for us though was the easy access to hiking trails in the South Mountain Park Preserve and the delightful patio to relax with a view of the Park. The only downside is the sleeping arrangements aren’t ideal for four adults. One couple got the wonderful master suite with a deck facing the mountain and the other slept in charming kid twin beds. If you have young kids snap up this gem.

Great house and location

The house was clean and well supplied especially the kitchen. Access to the park was so close and a huge bonus. We watched sunrises and sunsets every day- a quick 10 minute hike to a perfect spot. The owner was responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this house if your are staying in Phoenix!
