The main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating as well as a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. A quiet, front sitting room is the perfect spot for lazy afternoons with a good book and a refreshing drink.

This home also includes a private washer/dryer to let you pack light and keep your laundry under control during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful in an even more gorgeous Neighborhood

This is a wonderfully hidden and beautiful home hidden up the mountain and an affluent community of Estrella. The interior is beautiful and the accommodation and amenities are perfect. Well decorated and very warm. I’m away for work and this felt like my home. Would recommend to anyone. Wonderful stay!

Nice house in Montecito

This house is set in a quiet neighborhood on a private lot with greenway at the rear of the property. The back yard is all desert landscape with a nice screened patio. The house itself is a decently sized three bedroom house with two full bathrooms, which was perfect for our family of 4. There is a nice sitting room in place of the dining, a family room with TV, including Roku to access all your streaming apps, and a kitchen with breakfast area. The primary bedroom is a good size and has a couch, on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Accessing the house was simple, there's a smart lock on the front door and the code, along with the WiFi info, was sent via text prior to our arrival. The house is close to the Estrella golf course and has some great mountain views.
