Welcome to Paradise | 7 Bed, 4 Bath

Welcome to Paradise!  This palatial home has six bedrooms and three full bathrooms inside the house, plus a spacious Casita with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room that is accessed from the backyard.  All of the bedrooms in this home have King sized beds and TV's.

You will be greeted by a grand living room with a pool table and seating area upon entering the front door.  This bright living room has a fantastic opportunity for indoor/outdoor living with french doors leading out to the tropical backyard.  On the West wing of the home, you will find the plentifully stocked kitchen with an electric cooktop, an enormous island and unique barstool seating.  Nobody will be fighting over a place to watch the game with the large couch in the great room!  There is also one bedroom with a King size bed and TV and one full bathroom on this side of the home.

There are five bedrooms located in the East wing of the home.  The bright and airy Primary bedroom looks out over the pool and backyard space.  Attached to the Primary bedroom is a beautifully updated spa like bathroom with a claw foot tub, dual vanities and a walk in snail shower.  There are four bedrooms located down the hallway from the Primary along with a well appointed laundry room.  Each of the bedrooms in this home has a King size bed, TV, ceiling fan and a closet suitable for your belongings.  The second bathroom is located in the hallway near bedrooms three, four and five and is complete with dual vanities and a separate shower room with a tub/shower combo.

The Casita access is directly from the back yard and has the seventh bedroom and the fourth bathroom.  There is also a generous living room and full kitchen.

It's easy to access the backyard from any space in this home.  There are multiple avenues to get out to what will be your favorite spot.  Step outside into this ultra private first-class patio, rich with amenities.  From the desert landscape and plentiful Palm Trees bordering the yard to the impressive outdoor kitchen, there is something for everyone out here.  Belly up to the bar, poolside and watch the game, or relax in the hot tub.  There are plenty of lounge chairs for catching some rays during the day.  The outdoor dining area seats up to 14.  The pool can be heated for $60/nt.

Sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests ~
All bedrooms are equipped with TV`s, ceiling fans and King Beds!  All of the bedrooms are well furnished and provide storage space for all of your belongings.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, claw foot tub, snail shower and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 (East Wing): King bed, smart TV, shares the second bathroom located in the hallway near bedrooms three and four.
Bedroom 3 (East Wing): King bed, smart TV, shares the second bathroom located in the hallway near bedrooms three and four.
Bedroom 4 (East Wing): King bed, smart TV, walk-in closet shares the second bathroom located in the hallway near bedrooms three and four.
Bedroom 5 (East Wing): King bed, smart TV, shares bathroom three with bedroom six and guests.
Bedroom 6 (West Wing): King bed, smart TV, shares bathroom three with bedroom five and guests.
Bedroom 7 (Casita): King bed, Smart TV, private bathroom, kitchen and living space.

The swimming pool can be heated for $60/night.

Free Wifi for the duration of your stay.  All of the TV's in this home are smart TV's and will stream your favorite apps.  This home does not have cable television.

Pets ~
The homeowners do have dogs that frequently stay at this home.  Red Mountain Rentals always performs a deep cleaning after the homeowners leave.  The dogs are kept out of the casita and the front four bedrooms.

Location ~
Conveniently located minutes from AZ-202 with hiking trails, walking and bike paths just steps from the front door.  Just 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 20 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport.  The neighborhood is close to restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of cultural and educational activities.  Don't forget to check out the Salt River and our favorite lakes: Canyon and Saguaro.

Parking ~
Parking for 6 vehicles, two garage spaces and four in the driveway.  RV Parking may be permitted with prior permission in writing.  Please no street parking.

The outdoor fireplace is currently not operable, we have provided a firepit for your use.

The cleaning fee on this home is $395.

Important: To finalize your reservation, before you arrive you will be asked to complete our rental agreement and guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Rental Age ~
Must be at least 28 years old to book.

Noise Policy ~
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties.  Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such.  Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM.  Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.

Pet Policy ~
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.

Smoking Policy ~
This is a non-smoking home.  Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances.  Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.

Damage Policy ~
Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.

Reservation Payments ~
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.

Cancellation Policy ~
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival.  Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund.  Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund.  Total reservation payment will be forfeited.  Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.

Security Cameras ~
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street.  These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals.  There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate enterance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner.  Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home.  Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.

I absolutely suggest you stay here. We have a group of business owners who come to the PHX area annually for a relaxation and golf trip. This was year #14 and I have to say that this property was perfect. Tons of room, immaculate in and out, and offered everything one needs to relax in the east valley sun. The outdoor space is amazing. Check in and out was a breeze, and the property manager is by far the easiest and best to work with. We loved it so much that I reached out immediately and already booked it again for 2025. It may have taken us 14 years to find the perfect place to stay, but now we have it and have no intention of looking elsewhere. This property is a winner. Trust me - book it while you can and enjoy!
