“This hotel was filthy and very dirty there was food on the walls and on light fixtures and dirty couches and carpets were gross. And black mold in the shower and the most disgusting part was pulling the sheets off the bed there was urine stains all over the mattress. I am so disappointed in my stay at this hotel called Homewood Suites in the Biltmore area in Phoenix Az. Don't stay there.”

“Everything was great. The only downside is that the A/C unit is loud but that’s the case for most PCAT units.”

“Check in was easy. Host communication was great. Studio was very clean. Dedicated parking spot for the unit was an added bonus. Overall, fantastic stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. Thanks Vince!”

“Cute property, but the double bed room was very small. Also the window had no curtains, just vertical blinds so the room was Very bright by 5:30am. The included breakfast was great.”
