“This hotel was filthy and very dirty there was food on the walls and on light fixtures and dirty couches and carpets were gross.
And black mold in the shower and the most disgusting part was pulling the sheets off the bed there was urine stains all over the mattress.
I am so disappointed in my stay at this hotel called Homewood Suites in the Biltmore area in Phoenix Az.
Don't stay there.”

“I drove in from California and they canceled my reservation. Not sure what the point is to reserve if they can leave me hanging out to dry with my family at 1:30 AM. Ended up sleeping in a parking lot instead of driving around for a hotel with a availability...very disappointed.”
