“Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!”

“Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate”

“House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages...

“Came here for day since it was a one day in Arizona. I’ll tell you what, the AC in the rooms were top notch, cold enough for a great sleep. Rooftop pool my kids enjoyed and the breakfast was great also. Definitely recommend to stay here”

“I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews but this place is ROUGH. We chose this place because it had great reviews and was cheap. I am thinking the reviews maybe aren't all real people. I understand it's only $45 but damn... This is an okay spot if you don't have problems with cleanliness. Our room was visibly dirty- food on the walls and dirt/dust piles in the corners. The A/C was highly questionable and had a plastic shopping bag stuffed on top of it- it also was off upon arrival and the...

“Travelled with my family 3 adults 1 kid, we had plenty of room, spacious ! Host provides lots of things to have while ok your trip. Felt very safe, not a loud area, definitely would book again! Everything was nearby, close to all the near cities and a fun time”

“Very conveniently and centrally located. Rooms are very functional. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is neither “good European” nor “good American”. Just enough choices. Rooftop bar has better cocktails. Excellent and extremely helpful staff.”
