“ The rooms are nice, a bit dated, but equipped with everything they need. The bed is comfortable, while the TV is old and small. total lack of empathy,”

“This hotel was filthy and very dirty there was food on the walls and on light fixtures and dirty couches and carpets were gross. And black mold in the shower and the most disgusting part was pulling the sheets off the bed there was urine stains all over the mattress. I am so disappointed in my stay at this hotel called Homewood Suites in the Biltmore area in Phoenix Az. Don't stay there.”

“Check in was easy. Host communication was great. Studio was very clean. Dedicated parking spot for the unit was an added bonus. Overall, fantastic stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. Thanks Vince!”

“Nice luxurious resort. Amenities top notch and it includes tennis and pickleball courts with rackets available to borrow. Food is excellent at elements. Staff is very courteous and responsive through text message service. Fitness room is clean and the free fitness classes are a nice addition.”
